The members of the Board of Directors do not have a company employee status and during the 2000/2001 financial year did not receive any fees as members of the Board of Directors.

The company is represented by and bound by the managing Director Joseph Karasso, who may be relieved by the President of the Board of Directors Moris Karasso, or by the member of the Board Solon Karasso in case of absence of the two persons mentioned above.

The company is managed by a group of competent managing directors, consisting of:

  • Tasopoulos Vasilios. He has a MS degree in chemistry, chief in charge of the dye production department. He is a graduate chemist of the Aristoteleion University of Thessaloniki.
  • Meselidis Savvas. He has a PH.D degree in chemistry and chief of the finishing department. He is employed in the company since 1989 and is very experienced in dyeing and printing.
  • Giorgos Nikolaidis. He is a chemical engineer, graduate of the Aristoteleion University of Thessaloniki, in charge of the quality control department. He is employed in the company since 1993.
  • Makis Levis. He is a chemical engineer, graduate of the Metsoveio Polytechnic School, in charge of the coloring laboratory and laboratory control of the quality control department. He is employed in the company since 1974.
  • Natalia Tenta. She is a mechanical engineer of the Taskend University, in charge of the biological cleaning in the maintenance department.
  • Kostas Nikolaidis. He is in charge of the managing and financial affairs department and is employed in the company since 1975.
  • Chrisi Tsagalidou. Graduate of the Industrial University School of Thessaloniki. She is employed in the cost accounting and is in charge of the supplies program.

    None of the members of the Board of Directors or the company's managing directors was ever convicted for any kind of illegal action, financial crime or is engaged in judicatory proceedings concerning bankruptcy, criminal actions and prohibition of practice of:

    a) Business activities
    b) stock market transactions
    c) profession as investment consultant, managing director of banks and insurance companies, issuing contractor, stock market companies' manager etc.

    During the 2000/2001 financial year, the total annual gross income of the managing directors of the company presented below has reached 68.003.690 GDr. (maximum 12.163.690 GDr. And minimum 5.813.332 GDr.. per managing director).

    All managing directors are of Greek citizenship. The company's directors address is as follows: Kalohori Thessaloniki, P.O Box. 10441, Postal Code 54110 Thessaloniki.
    Among the members of the Board of Directors and the managers of the company there are no family relations up to the second grade except for the following ones: Solon and Joseph Karasso are brothers. Moris, Markus and Daisy are also siblings, and Eleni Korda is married to Solon Karasso.
