The company "TEXAPRET- SOCIETE ANONYME" was incorporated on 24/04/1985
(Official Gazette 946/24/04/1985), originating from the conversion of the general
partnership company with firm name "CARASSO BROS G.P.C.", which was
incorporated in 1951. Seat of the company is the community of Kalohori Thessaloniki.
The company is registered in the Registers of S.A. companies
of the prefecture of Thessaloniki and its duration was determined up to 2035.
The purpose of the company is, according to article 3 of
the Articles of Association, the chemical-technical processing of spinning mill
products, products of knitting mill industries, as well as the involvement of
the company in any other similar activity for example trading with relative
products. For the pursuit and achievement of the above purpose, the company
can
Establish, branches, outhouses and agencies in the country
and abroad
Participate in other companies with the same or similar purpose
Cooperate with any natural or legal person in any way and
Represent any enterprise in the country and abroad.
For the operation of the factory premises of the company, the Direction of Industry
of the Prefecture of Thessaloniki has issued the operations license no. 15/Ö14.2.1612/18/10900/Á/1530/24/5/2001.
The processing and removal of the sewage of the company's factory is effected
according to the final licence no. Á.Ð.30/ïéê./812/21/3/93 of the Direction
of Environmental Protection of the Prefecture of Thessaloniki.
The company belongs to the wider branch of spinning-mills. More specifically,
according to the classification of Å.Ó.Õ.Å. (ÓÔÁÊÏÄ 91) it is classified in
the branches "173.0 Finishing of spinning mill products " and "514.1
Wholesales of spinning mill products ". However, it is pointed out that
the basic activity of TEXAPRET S.A. is the chemical-technical processing of
spinning mill products, yarns or textiles, aiming at dyeing and improvement
of their appearance or quality features.
The company is governed by the Laws of the Hellenic Republic.
